Planned orders being generated for a sales order 1041883 on 7410 which was closed long back but still it was driving demand despite the fact that it was deleted.

It is observed that at the time of sales order creation for plant Material is specially procured from the Blue Label 7410 to Miami 1410 and the STO Purchase Requisition is generated by the MRP.
Later on the Material is changed to procure from external vendor, which changed STO Purchase Req to normal PR and which is converted to Purchase Order GR carried out and Material is delivered to customer.

But the STO PR was still active in /AFS/MD04 screen in 7410 and is generating proposals for the invalid demand.

Resolution

---

Delete the line item in the Purchase Requisition and then carry out Purchase Requisition Report J_3AMBAC which refresh the PR and the inconsistency in the Purchase Requisition will be corrected.
Un delete the line item.
